Course Description
This is the second part of a two-course sequence that lays the groundwork for broad knowledge of public policy formation and evaluation in New Jersey. It includes emphases on the inputs and outputs of governments, different layers of government and the issues of federalism, regulatory structures, and policy evaluation. State and local policy areas that relate to diversity, inequity, and ethics will be studied.
