Course Description

This course reviews the developmental milestones throughout the life span of the individual and family. It also gives the opportunity to explore and apply principles of learning and methods of teaching to clients on various aspects of health promotion/disease prevention throughout the life span. . Students examine socio-economic, cultural and psychological variables that affect learning through classroom lecture, seminars and selected applications. 3 credits Pre-reqs Anatomy and Physiology 1 and 2
