Course Description
Leadership is being redefined with the rise of flatter organizations, overlapping roles, and collective problem-solving needs in dynamic environments. Leaders are required to take on various identities. The lab will help them understand how to befriend machines and build human-machine teams that will empower employees to excel and grow with the company. It explores the role of the leader during three stages of a company’s lifecycle- a. As a creator/visionary/producer; b. As an investor/ connector /sustainer/driver of growth/manager; c. As a disruptor/explorer /resolver/ supporter in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world. The exercises will entail real-life simulations along with AI simulated applications to help leaders understand the importance of building an ecosystem of internal and external contributors through real-time design, evolution, and
maintenance of key performance indicators for management of human talent, innovation, and ethical onboarding of technologies using creative solutions that are anchored in value-based strategies. (The course does not require prior technological or analytical knowledge)
