This course is designed to help students develop the competencies necessary to effectively adopt, adapt, and apply technologies to improve their ability to meet the needs of a variety of learners. ln addition to developing the skills to integrate software, hardware and digital programming, students develop their abilities to evaluate the ways these resources impact teaching and learning in their classrooms. The course will also explore the national issues of ethical and legal uses of technology, standards for universal access, and the reflective practices of educators necessary to ensure these changing resources maximize student learning and school resource allocation.
