Course Description
This course will provide students with an introduction to systems theory and economics of healthcare organizations. Students will explore global, political, economic, ethical and legal factors on healthcare services and reimbursement. Students will analyze the impact of organizational structure on providing, safe high quality care and identify strategies to improve care.
