Course Description
An exploration of the fundamentals of song writing: lyrics, style, genre, music, arrangement, performance, and recording. The course analyzes classic and contemporary songs of many genres, and students bring their own music into the workshop on a regular basis. Finished songs will be performed and/or recorded to the greatest extent possible.
