MANAGING RESPONSIBLE GLOBAL BUSINESS
Course Description
The course will begin with the strategic imperatives, an overview of entry mode, understanding the international context, followed with developing transnational strategies. We will then discuss the organization challenges, from developing organizations to creating worldwide innovation and engaging in cross-border collaboration. Finally, we will transition into implementing strategy and discussing the future of the transnational business. Students will learn how to manage a responsible firm’s quintuple bottom line (profits, planet, people, equity, ethics) in a global context of interconnectedness.
