Course Description

A consideration of the sources of America's foreign policy from the late 19th
century to recent years. The course will deal with some of the nation's
dramatic forays -- turn-of-the-century imperialism, world wars, cold war,
Vietnam -- as well as in its less dramatic relationships with other nations.
