Course Description

Techniques for reducing the symptoms of stress will be explained and performed. These consist of relieving headaches, insomnia, muscle tension and back pain. The class will also include gentle stretching, meditation, deep breathing exercises and discussions on healthy lifestyles. Students will be required to keep a journal. Please wear comfortable clothing.
