An introductory course which delves into the specialized area of athletic injuries. The course covers understanding the mechanisms of injuries as well as the care, prevention, and treatment of those injuries. A background knowledge will be established in the areas of human anatomy, physiology, first aid and emergency action principles, through theory and practical applications. Course fee required.
