Course Description
An introduction to the ecology and natural history of forest ecosystems in New Jersey, with a focus on the basic skills used by field ecologists to identify organisms and to study ecological phenomena. Students are also provided with direct experience in applying some of the ecological methodologies presented in the corequisite lecture course (ENSC 220) and in writing scientific reports. This course is cross listed with BIOL 220L.
