Course Description

This course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to protect digital assets
and respond effectively to cyber threats. Students will learn various aspects of cybersecurity, network
defense, and incident response. This course will cover a wide range “hacking” techniques, and methods to
defend against cyber threats, including but not limited to vulnerability response, handling, and
management, threat intelligence and threat hunting, host-based attacks, programming language security
profiles, and commonly exploited security flaws in computer programs. This course will provide students
with practical hands-on experience through labs and real-world scenarios, allowing them to apply their
knowledge in a controlled environment.
